Products will generally be dispatched same or the following business day of receipt of order. Should any product be out of stock the buyer will be notified via email with the expected delivery date.
Damaged or defective products can be returned directly for either a full refund or replacement. Whether to refund or replace the unit will be at the full discretion of PyroPet Candle Company.
Your return will need to be accompanied by a return authorization number. To get one, write us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
